Thank you for choosing Digital Patro. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the access, usage, and functionality of the Digital Patro ("Device") and its associated mobile and web Applications ("App"). By using the Device, you agree to the following Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Device.
1. Purpose and Scope of Use
The Mobile Medic Device is intended for personal health monitoring and telemedicine, designed for use by adults or under parental supervision for children. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional for any health concerns.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Not a Substitute for Professional Care: The Device provides monitoring data for informational purposes only. It should never replace consultations or guidance from qualified healthcare providers.
No Guarantee of Diagnosis: The Device and App cannot diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Health insights from this Device should be verified by healthcare professionals.
3. User Responsibilities
- Compliance with Instructions: Users must read and follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and Device maintenance requirements.
- Health Data Privacy: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of health data and must take necessary steps to safeguard it, including setting a password for the App.
- Parental Supervision: For children’s use, parents or guardians must provide constant supervision to ensure proper use.
4. Device Usage and Limitations
- Environmental Conditions: Do not expose the Device to extreme temperatures, moisture, or physical impacts.
- Battery and Charging: Use the provided charger only. Unauthorized accessories or misuse may void warranty.
- Maintenance: Regular cleaning, updates, and calibrations are required to ensure accurate performance.

5. User Data and Privacy

All rights related to the Device and App belong to Digital Patro. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal healthcare use only.
9. Device Updates and Software Maintenance
Digital Patro may provide updates to ensure functionality, security, and compliance. Automated updates may impact temporary performance.
10. Prohibited Uses and Restrictions

11. Termination of Use
